Church History

The Rock Church is a United Pentecostal Church that was founded May 7, 2006.

After 2 years of diligently seeking the will of God, Senior Pastor Steve Gautreaux moved forward with planting a work in Prarieville.

We started having church in Cypress Hall, behind Frank's Restaurant, with just five members.  For 18 months Cypress Hall would serve as our worship center.  After much prayer and fasting , God blessed His church with growth and stability.

The Rock Church Apostolic Ministries is a recognized ministry that is alive and well in Ascension Parish!
